🔄 Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items, spices)
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)
We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
