1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, accessories, and inserts are included.
  • The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items, opened kitchen consumables)
  • Clearance or deeply discounted items

3. How to Initiate a Return

Provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (for domestic orders).


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: A flat $[insert fee] return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item, please return the original and place a new order for the desired product.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
