- U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses
- Select international locations (please refer to our International Shipping section below)

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order status anytime through your Qiztee account.
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Final shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
6. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75 (before tax and after discounts).
7. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
